THE GIFT OF MINDFULNESS
What is Mindfulness? Mindfulness is a quality. It is any moment the mind is fully engaged in what is present.
The core invitation is to befriend oneself by recognizing and inhabiting your beauty and wholeness in any given moment. Living Mindfully offers a host of evidence-based benefits including reduction of stress and anxiety, increased productivity, improved sleep, and living with greater ease, happiness, and well-being. No experience is required for this 4-part series
Over the past 2 decades, hundreds of studies indicate a daily meditation practice leads to improved mental states such as receptivity, happiness, compassion, and empathy. Telesangha brings daily teacher-led practices right to your phone.
As a member of a Telesangha, you will receive a phone call each weekday at the appointed time. Answer the call and automatically join a community of other like-minded individuals who desire to deepen their practice with the support of a group.
