MINDFULNESS MEDITATION AT HAMILTON CENTRAL LIBRARY
In connection with mindfulness HAMILTON please join me from 9:00 a.m. on January 21, 2025, and February 25, 2025, for an hour of focused attention and renewal.
Hamilton Public Library is located at 55 York Blvd, Hamilton Ontario.
Classes are free, however, space is limited.

TELESANGHA
Over the past 2 decades, hundreds of studies indicate a daily meditation practice leads to improved mental states such as receptivity, happiness, compassion, and empathy. Telesangha brings daily teacher-led practices right to your phone.
As a member of a Telesangha, you will receive a phone call each weekday at the appointed time.
Answer the call and automatically join a community of other like-minded individuals who desire to deepen their practice with the support of a group.

LITTLE THINGS CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Mindfulness has been around for 2500 years, so it makes sense that there are thousands of practices and techniques that assist one live life with greater ease, happiness, and all-around improved well-being.
No experience is required for this 4 – part series that offers strategies, techniques, and practices that can increase happiness, receptivity, compassion, and empathy in as little as one week of daily practice, based on Dr. Richard Davidson’s research at the University of Wisconsin Madison.

MINDFULNESS MONDAYS AT THE FIRST UNITARIAN CHURCH
These drop-in classes are offered every second and fourth Monday of the month from 2:30 to 3:30. They include mindful movements, meditations, and discussions.
